Make a Difference
Join our team at the South Dakota School for the Blind and Visually Impaired and play an important role in creating nutritious, welcoming meals for our students. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive school environment where your cooking skills directly contribute to the daily experience and well-being of students.
Position Summary
The Cook prepares meals and snacks according to established menus and recipes, serves students and staff, accommodates special dietary needs, and maintains a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining environment.

Residential Services Professional
A Residential Services Professional position is available at The SD School for the Blind and Visually Impaired. This part-time position includes weeknight shifts (Monday-Friday, between the hours of 3:00 PM to midnight), as well as various weekend and potential overnight hours. Preference given to those with RN or LPN credentials. Salary is dependent on experience.
